The Family Room on the first floor is not just a room, but a delightful two-room apartment with 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, where it's possible to add a 4th bed for a child up to 12 years old, the 2 rooms are connected. It is perfect for families or groups of friends and offers a bathroom, a spacious terrace with tables, chairs, and a drying rack. Here you can enjoy breakfast freely, without time restrictions. The space is furnished with modern furniture, curtains, and mosquito nets. You will also find a mini-fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a flat-screen TV. It is a cozy space that will make you feel at home, and not just inside a room.
The Double Room with private bathroom, also located on the first floor, offers a small terrace with a table, chairs, and a clothesline. This room is equipped with air conditioning, a mini fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. Inside, you will also find a convenient stainless steel sink, perfect for a self-served breakfast or for washing fruits and vegetables.
We do not provide breakfast service, however, our rooms with private terrace are equipped with tables and chairs, which will allow you to enjoy your breakfast independently. Additionally, you will find a mini fridge, a coffee machine in the master bedroom, a kettle, and cups at your disposal.

Our wonderful coastline is characterized by crystal-clear sea, long stretches of white sand beaches, and a multitude of options for sea lovers. Among the many breathtaking beaches you can visit, we recommend not to miss Berchida, Oasis of Bidderosa, and Capo Comino. Furthermore, for hiking enthusiasts, Monte Montalbo is an unmissable destination, with guided tours led by local experts. I will be happy to provide you with further information on this.
Starting from La Caletta Port, from June to September, you will have the opportunity to explore the Gulf of Orosei aboard two motorboats, unless weather conditions prevent it. During this exciting adventure, you will have the chance to admire and spend time on the beautiful beaches of Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine, and many others. Additionally, departures to the enchanting Island of Tavolara are also scheduled.
